The on-screen medical project was one of the first telemedicine solutions developed in Brazil. The functionality is available to SulAmérica Saúde customer and to access it you must have your insurance company's app. Initially, the functionality only worked for pediatric care. But later it was expanded to the general policyholder users.

My role in this project was to study the target users, propose a product, Portotype the solution.
