The Teladoc Brazil application was developed from scratch for the Brazilian context of use. In it, the patient is able to request an appointment with a general practitioner by video. Furthermore, the application is able to generate and save a medical prescription. The app has a health menu where the patient can enter and save biometric data (such as step counter) and view their progress through a graph. In this project I played the role of UX Lead.

My role in this project was to study the target users, usability test, propose a product, Portotype the solution.

In addition to the application, I conducted the study that led to the creation of the service platform: TDOC-OP.
